Your best lift starts in the messy middle.

Imagine your 2.0

I'm a strengths-based coach who works with people across every domain of life - career, wellbeing, and everything in between - because I believe those pieces were never meant to be separated. I work best with people in the messy middle: the moment before the next version of yourself has fully arrived, when things feel undefined and you're not yet sure what's next. I'm at home in that gray space, and I'll help you get comfortable there too.

I refer to myself as "Suzy 2.0" often. I'm not weird (well, maybe a little), but rather that's my way of recognizing that I have grown, changed, developed. It serves as a reminder of where I've been, and where I've yet to go. Suzy 2.0 is a happier, healthier version of the Suzy that started the journey that leads me to be here with you today.

During my 20+ year career at one of the largest professional services firms in the world, I had the privilege of serving as coach and mentor to incredible professionals navigating their careers. After countless people told me that my calm, steady presence and unwavering support mattered to them, I worked with a coach of my own to define my purpose and chart a path forward. That path took me to Fielding Graduate University, where I learned the science behind the art I'd spent years mastering, and to the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation.

In 2020, a collective focus on burnout brought "wellbeing" and "wellness" into everyday vocabulary. So much so that I think the meaning has become diluted. To me, wellness isn't a buzzword. It's a mindset: when you play to your strengths instead of fixating on what's missing, you experience wellness across every part of your life, and operate as a higher version of yourself.

I believe in the transformational power of coaching to support people on the journey toward their next version.

Because everyone deserves to experience their 2.0.
